Optional £1,200/year maintenance plan available after ordering. Includes 2 yearly visits: chemical-free deep clean, chimney sweep, paraffin oil or stain re-application, heater inspection, window cleaning, timber adjustment, and more. This is not included in your estimate — full details can be added once your sauna is confirmed. (TBC upon final invoice)

Any electrics installation not included. Our team supplies and fits the unit with all safety elements (heatproof plates, wooden guard), but wiring must be done by a qualified local electrician after your sauna is built. This is not included in your estimate — we’ll send a link to help you get a local quote if needed.
