We recommend placing the tub on a reinforced concrete slab, stone base, composite decking, or timber platform that’s been checked for load-bearing strength. Uneven or soft ground may cause damage to the base or stress the fibreglass shell.

✔️ Cleaning: Use non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaners for the fibreglass interior. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
✔️ Drain & dry: Always drain fully and allow the tub to dry if not in regular use.
✔️ Cover up: Use a fitted lid or thermal cover to keep out debris and reduce heat loss.
✔️ Winter tips: If left outdoors during winter, ensure the tub is either kept full and filtered or fully drained to avoid frost damage.

If you change your mind about any of the options, you’re welcome to book in another call to revise your estimate. As a small family business, we really value your time — and we hope you’ll value ours too. Each custom estimate and call takes time, care, and hands-on attention from our team.

That’s why we ask for a £500 hold to secure your place in the build queue. It helps us prioritise serious projects and ensures we’re investing our time where it counts. This hold is non-refundable if you decide to pull out, as it covers the time and work already put into designing your custom setup. You’ll still have full flexibility to tweak your options after paying — your build only becomes final once the full invoice is paid.
